Service Agreement

By engaging Luna Interior Design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include design consultation, space planning, furniture selection, and project management.

Project Scope and Timeline

Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in a separate project agreement. Changes to scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

• Design consultation fee: $150 (applicable to project if you proceed)
• Project deposits: 50% due upon contract signing
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Luna Interior Design until full payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

Luna Interior Design's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered.

These terms are governed by New York State law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New York County.
